Annual Maintenance Contract - AMC

  1. AMC applies after 1 year of implementation from date of work order
  2. Quarterly visit of 1-2 days by Astral team for review
  3. Revision training of 2 sessions for System Admin
  4. Technical audit & Testing of the Software
  5. Minor customization within existing constraints (total 8 man hrs)
  6. Regular feedback taken and incorporated in software
  7. On-call & E-mail technical and non technical Support
  8. AMC costs about 15% of the Total Project Cost
